Episode Details

this is a 1 MINUTE & 42 SECOND mini NITTY-GRITTY Episode that will provoke and challenge you to understand that your organization DOESN'T EXIST or DO ANYTHING.

If you think that your organization can be fundamentally different than your people, you are deceiving yourself. Your organization DOESN'T EXIST or DO ANYTHING ... PEOPLE DO.

If you want to be a better "organization," you have to focus on making your "people" better.

If you want to be a world-class "organization" that delights its clients, you have to focus on making your "people" world-class delighters ... it's really that simple and that hard.

If you want to be a kinder, more tolerant "organization" that treats each other well and respectfully, you have to focus on making your "people" less rude and disrespectful ... it's really that simple and that hard.
