P – Provide the first actionable win. Deliver one concrete step—like using the MEPA loan or three other down-payment options—to prove you’re the guide they need.
Use the same flow for every format—YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or a full buyer seminar—and you’ll hook scrollers, solve a real problem, and nudge them to hit follow for more.
