We are thrilled to bring Jeff Evans back for some updates on this wonderful organization. Angels with Misplaced Wings is a home-based, non-profit sanctuary located in the Vancouver, Washington area. It was founded by Jeff Evans who was inspired by his childhood experience with animals. The name reflects a loving sentiment, as Jeff’s mother would refer to animals with flipped-back ears as “angels with misplaced wings”. This sanctuary focuses on caring for animals that are often overlooked due to their special needs or age, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment.
