Sk: Keď sa blíži zima, Tatry sa menia na rozprávkovú krajinu.
En: As winter approaches, the Tatry turn into a fairytale land.
Sk: Sneh prikrýva všetko, čo môže, a v tej bielej čistote sa zdajú hory ešte majestátnejšie.
En: Snow covers everything it can, and in that white purity, the mountains appear even more majestic.
Sk: Nie je divu, že si Lukáš vysníval tieto Vysoké Tatry ako miesto, kde chce prežiť výnimočný vianočný úsvit.
En: It's no wonder that Lukáš dreamed of these High Tatry as the place where he wants to experience an exceptional Christmas dawn.
Sk: Lukáš, odvážny turista, sa chveje od vzrušenia a chladu.
En: Lukáš, a brave tourist, shivers with excitement and cold.

Sk: Mária si všimla jeho bledú tvár.
En: Mária noticed his pale face.
Sk: „Lukáš, oddýchnime si,“ navrhla opatrne, ale on len súhlasne kývol hlavou.
En: "Lukáš, let's take a break," she suggested cautiously, but he only nodded in agreement.
Sk: Nakoniec, na úzkej ceste, sa zastavil.
En: Finally, on the narrow path, he stopped.
Sk: „Poďme,“ pokúšal sa povzbudivo povedať, no jeho hlas znel unavene.
En: "Let's go," he tried to say encouragingly, but his voice sounded tired.
Sk: Viktor sa zamračil: „Nemôžeme pokračovať takto.
En: Viktor frowned: "We can't continue like this.
Sk: Vysoko nad morom sú iné pravidlá.
En: High above the sea, there are different rules."
Sk: “Mária sa obrátila k Lukášovi: „Musíme sa vrátiť naspäť, je to nebezpečné.
En: Mária turned to Lukáš: "We have to go back; it's dangerous."
Sk: “ Lukáš zaváhal, ale jeho túžba po vrchole bola silná.
En: Lukáš hesitated, but his desire for the summit was strong.
Sk: Váhal, až kým Viktor nepovedal: „Poznám bezpečnú cestu.
En: He wavered until Viktor said, "I know a safe route.
