Season 7 Episode 2

Hey lovely and welcome back for another episode of LTP!

Today's episode is with chronic illness advocate Helene Hill! Helene is passionate about advocating for those living with chronic illnesses, using her voice to raise awareness and empower others. Helene founded The Spoonie Society, a business dedicated to supporting those with chronic conditions which you may recognise from their famous wrap around heat packs. Helene now continues her advocacy through the Spoonie Diaries Podcast. With firsthand experience navigating life with six chronic illnesses, Helene openly shares her journey including multiple surgeries for Endometriosis, pelvic floor botox, egg freezing as well as her experience with a life threatening condition called Intussusception. Helene has spoken at endometriosis awareness events, been featured in Take 5 magazine, and won the prestigious Stevie Award in New York for product innovation. Through social media, public speaking, and her podcast, Helene is committed to breaking the stigma around chronic illness and creating a space for education, validation, and support.
