Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your body, mind, and feelings in the present moment. It is a state of being deliberately aware of your body, mind, and feelings in the present moment in order to create a feeling of calm. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. Mindfulness is the cognitive skill, usually developed through meditation of sustaining meta-attentive awareness towards the contents of one’s own mind in the present moment. Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Mindful exercise gives mindful results. Thought process is ultimate. Application of brain give us ability to think in positive direction and allow us to move in right direction at right time with right people for right cause is the top priority. It also gives us patience to wait for right time to do the right things for acquiring right thoughts and attain the right results is always kept in mind. Our mind is our machine. It runs like a jet plane to think and move forward to get the results fast and quick in no time. We have to control our brain and think twice or thrice whether is it the right time to take action or is it the place to decide and proceed further before taking an action makes an impact on us and others as well. Time determination is key for decision making. It influences on many factors. We should wait and take the right decision in right time depending on situation prevailed in given circumstances makes sense and gives fruitful results if we apply our brain and implement it in an innovative and dynamic way makes it happen in reality. That is the power of will. Where there is will there is way. Willful exercise gives willful results. Application is the key for everything.

Mindfulness is the way of life. It brings light in our life in the form of knowledge and keep us away from darkness. Knowledge alone gives power. Power of knowledge is the power of authority and authenticity which gives fidelity and validity to create a value based society to live in this universe. Values are utmost essential. Human values keep us to reach peak in real life. Humanity is our philosophy. It makes us to live in this universe. Unity is our strength. It makes us strong and stable. It gives ability to prove and perform better and the best. Awareness is the key factor to determine and dedicate to sacrifice and focus more on our desired goals. Focus alone makes us to concentrate and communicate effectively and efficiently to share our knowledge with others with a view that we can accomplish our goals as designed and planned. Where we apply our brain there we get the expected results. Application is the key factor.
