Description
On this episode, we had both Jake (Ran to Japan) and Ben (Ben Is Running) on the pod to break down the Valencia Marathon from this past weekend! Chris and Ben gave their thoughts on some of the elite performances for the first 15-20 minutes and then had Jake come on the back half of the episode!
Jake walked us through his build a bit and told us what happened during the race. He is in good spirits and excited to continue training and racing going into 2026!
