Women empowerment refers to the process of providing power to women to become free from the control of others, to assume the power to control their own lives and to determine their own conditions. It is closely aligned with female empowerment, which is a fundamental human right that’s also key to achieving a more peaceful, prosperous world. Women’s empowerment can be achieved through increasing the spiritual, social, political or economic strength of women. It is a central concern of the women’s movement and refers to the general process through which women gain knowledge about the structures that oppress them, and seek to alter the power imbalances in society. Female empowerment may be defined in several methods, including accepting women’s view points, making an effort to seek them and raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, equal status in society, better livelihood and training. Women’s empowerment equips and allows women to make life determining decisions through the different societal problems. They may have the opportunity to redefine gender roles or other such roles, which allow them more freedom to pursue desired goals.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Empowered women can empower women. Women empowerment is need of the hour. There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women. If mother is educated the entire family is educated. Education gives knowledge. Knowledge improves thought process. Thought process creates an idea. An idea can change this world to great extent. Mindful exercise gives mindful results. Willful exercise gives willful results. We rise by lifting others. Passion is the secret ingredient that drives hard work and excellence. A woman is like a tea bag. You never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water. A woman is the full circle. The power is within her to create, nurture, and transform. Any woman who understands the problems of running a home will be nearer to understanding the problems of running a country. The higher the better. It is more about an attitude. Strong women don’t have attitudes. They have high standards and firm boundaries. Women never give up! They step up to raise and climb up the hill step by step slowly and steadily to win the race in reality. They have lot of patience. Never try to test their patience. Give respect and take respect is the law of land. It applies to both. Men and women are like two pillars to save the garden. Children will grow and nourish themselves to live with their support and guidance to become as useful citizens of this great universe. We came to this world with a cause. Let us try to fulfill it.
