Resilience is not a born quality to gain by everyone. We should thrive and cultivate the habit of learning and improving on our own. The skills are to be developed gradually one by one through our own effort and ability by cultivating good habits. Self care is one among them to analyse and evaluate to mention here on this occasion. Self love is not selfish. Unless you love yourself you can’t appreciate others. When you are fit to do the things it gives strength to move forward with great zeal of enthusiasm to reach miles and miles in our journey. It inspires and empowers us to create our own path to follow by others. It reduces the stress and strain by increasing strength to face the challenges that occur on daily basis. It gives space to plan well and execute better and the best. If we are resilient setbacks will not break they teach and guide to support us. They create an opportunity for growth and development. Self care is a tool to respond hardships with kindness to set an example to others. It gives rest when required. Seeking support and guidance is an art. When our intentions are good people will come forward to extend their help in all respects at all times on all occasions. Kindness is the way of living. Building resilience is caring others. With consistent effort we build strength by creating confidence and courage to reach miles and miles in our journey. As a result, we prove as successful individuals in this world. Life is full of challenges, setbacks and unexpected events. Provision has to be made to meet the unforeseen incidents when occured will help to setright and move freely in normal course of action. Plan of action gives effective results. Resilience is not about never falling. It is all about how we care for ourselves while getting up.
