Zac Jackson goes over the Browns' bizarre but compelling 31-29 loss to the Tennessee Titans. Shedeur Sanders is clearly worth further development. The special teams remain a complete disaster. The Browns were awful in stretches but resilient in others, and Sanders was a bit of a roller coaster but certainly took a step forward. Is it time to get excited by his progress?
