Trying something new. Today I discuss an interview I saw on GMA 3 of DR. Arjun Ventatesh on Covid-19 vaccination in the Black and LantinX communities. I relate it to Episode 63 where we need safety professionals to step up and take a leadership role in their organizations. We discuss the ongoing Alec Baldwin and movie "Rust" incident from this week, and the importance of taking leading indicators and acting on them, and of course make sure you CYA and have the correct documentation on hand.
