Description
My friend it has been a CRAZY couple of weeks.
Short week last week with the holiday.
Short week THIS WEEK because I’m speaking at Andy and Luka’s Built to Last gym mastermind here in Nashville.
And believe it or not I was actually supposed to go out of town last week to onboard a new athlete, but he unfortunately got hurt – so I do get a little bit of a break.
So needless to say there’s been a lot going on, and that’s why I opted for a super duper mash-up episode for this week.
As I was prepping the show notes I was reminded of how many great guests I’ve had on lately, so I really hope you enjoy it!
This Week on the Physical Prep Podcast:
- Courtney Delks on the questions to ask yourself and be intentional every day
- Brady Howe on the various practitioners who can help with mental health and wellness
- Joel Smith on the benefits of a mixed-methods approach to jump training
- Erica Mulholland on fueling strategies for young female athletes
- Christina Chu on supplements you should probably save your money on
- Andy McCloy on hiring people and building culture
- Jim Stoppani on caffeine intake and pre-workout supplements
- Ken Vick on the differences between shocks and springs
- Dr. John Rusin on the difference between coaches and fitness “influencers”
- Dave Gleason on why young athletes should sample many sports growing up
