Lv: Sniegs klusi klājās uz loga, aizsegs pasauli no dzestruma ārpusē.
En: Snow quietly laid itself upon the window, shielding the world from the chill outside.
Lv: Elza stāvēja pie savas klases durvīm, cieši turēdama mazās actiņas gleznās Rudolfa spilgto smaidu, kurš, diemžēl, šobrīd atradās slimnīcā.
En: Elza stood by her classroom door, tightly holding in her small eyes the painting of Rudolfs's bright smile, who, unfortunately, was currently in the hospital.
Lv: Viņa zināja, ka Ziemassvētki viņam bija svarīgi.
