Rape is rape.  This episode of The Latex Files is all about when sexual activity with another person is without their consent and, therefore, rape.  Jessica passionately discusses a recent NSW District Court case where a sex worker's client was charged with rape by fraudulent inducement by showing her a fake bank transfer.  The disappointing, yet unsurprising, reaction of the general public was that this is not rape.  Jessica finishes off with a call to action to her listeners.
