We talk about his path to the NHL, becoming a coach despite never playing in the NHL, his mentors including a lengthy look at Francois Allaire and his impact on the game, and coaching a diverse group of goaltenders including Nabokov, Bishop, Roloson and now of course Vasilevskiy.
