Three years on from when he first addressed the Oireachtas, Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting Ireland. He landed in Dublin Airport yesterday and is set to call in to President Catherine Connolly before meeting with the Taoiseach and addressing the Oireachtas in person.
