What is Modern PURAIR?

Franchising since 2007, this brand is a full-service Indoor Air Quality company offering duct cleaning & indoor air quality programs and testing for residential properties, retail locations, property management companies, restoration companies, schools, hospitals, and more.

Founded initially in 1969 by Don Martin as a HVAC service business in Calgary, Modern PURAIR has developed over time to offer full suite of services in the growing air quality sector and a franchise model with 22 franchisees across Canada.

Lane Martin began in the business by buying his own truck in 1992 and was the catalyst for pushing the business into a franchising model after reading a Canadian business magazine on "1800-GOT-JUNK". Since then Lane has been a driving force behind investments in the model.
