They have a great discussion about Gardner’s insurance journey and found a theme throughout his career of educating his clients and his staff throughout the sales process.

He calls our profession a noble one and tells us why, and it’s a fascinating discussion. He also tells us how he used his past experiences in the title business to create systems and processes early on his agency career to expand their personal lines business.

He is also a commercial agency and discussed his niches in both Self Storage as well as others too.
