Episode Details

Lindsay Manfredi is a musician, author, speaker, life coach, and truth-teller with a passion for helping people come home to themselves. Best known as the bassist for the platinum-selling rock band Cold, with two gold albums, Lindsay has spent her life on stages and in the trenches searching, stumbling, healing and rising. She is the author of Unfuckwithable: A Guide to Inspired Badassery and The Girl Who Cried Love: A Pivot to Self-Worth, a reclamation story for anyone who has ever lost themselves in love and found something greater on the other side. A two-time TEDx speaker, Lindsay has shared her message on the power of music and the transformative impact of organizations like Girls Rock Indianapolis. She is a passionate voice for self-love, self-worth, empowerment and radical healing. Lindsay is proudly endorsed by Ernie Ball, Jim Dunlop, Ashdown Engineering, Black Flys Eyewear and Sullen Clothing Company, with two signature series basses from Diamond Guitars. When she’s not writing, touring or coaching, Lindsay spends time with friends, pouring candles, cooking, reading, seeing bands she loves, traveling, lifting heavy things and listening to all genres of music (except country). Based in Los Angeles, her magic reaches universally.
