The event advertised two WarGames matches and two title matches. Survivor Series San Diego will be WWE’s last main roster PLE of the year, though its last major event will be John Cena’s last match on Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.
John Cena will defend his newly won WWE Intercontinental Championship against Dominik Mysterio, while Stephanie Vaquer will defend her WWE Women’s World Championship against Nikki Bella. Survivor Series is likely to be book-ended by two WarGames matches featuring an embarrassment of riches in top stars. Team AJ Lee takes on Team Becky Lynch, while Team Cody Rhodes takes on Team Lesnar.
