He: מתחת לאדמה, בבונקר הקר בפינה רחוקה של העיר, היו נועם ותמר.
En: Underground, in a cold bunker in a distant corner of the city, were Noam and Tamar.
He: נועם היה מהנדס פרגמטי.
En: Noam was a pragmatic engineer.
He: הוא לבש משקפיים ותמיד נשא כלי עבודה.
En: He wore glasses and always carried tools.
He: תמר, לעומתו, הייתה מספרת סיפורים נלהבת, תמיד מוכנה להוסיף דרמה לכל מצב.
En: Tamar, on the other hand, was an enthusiastic storyteller, always ready to add drama to any situation.
He: הבונקר היה קריר וקשוח.
En: The bunker was cool and harsh.
He: מסכים מנצנצים, אספקה להישרדות, ותקרות נמוכות הקיפו אותם.
En: Flickering screens, survival supplies, and low ceilings surrounded them.

En: It was the end of autumn, and Hanukkah was approaching.

En: She found a small menorah and a few candles.
He: "אנחנו במרתף, אבל האור בידינו.
En: "We're in the basement, but the light is in our hands."
He: "נועם הזעיף פנים.
En: Noam frowned.
He: "אנחנו צריכים לסיים את התרגיל, לא לשחק במשחקים.
En: "We need to finish the exercise, not play games."
He: ""תחשוב על זה כתרגיל מיוחד," חייכה תמר, והחלה לעטוף את הבונקר בסטיראות נייר שהביאו איתם, מוסיפה צבע למקום האפרפר.
En: "Think of it as a special exercise," Tamar smiled, and began to decorate the bunker with strips of paper they had brought, adding color to the gray place.
He: נועם נאנח וחזר לגנרטור.
En: Noam sighed and returned to the generator.
He: שעות עבד עליו.
En: He worked on it for hours.
He: זה לא היה מצחיק או דרמטי, רק כבלים ושמן.
En: It was neither funny nor dramatic, just cables and oil.
