Ro: Iulia se trezi într-o dimineață răcoroasă de noiembrie în spitalul de campanie.
En: Iulia woke up on a cool November morning in the field hospital.
Ro: Aerul era curat și rece, iar frunzele aurii cădeau liniștit pe fereastră.
En: The air was clean and cold, and the golden leaves fell quietly by the window.
Ro: Lângă patul ei, stăteau Elena și Andrei, îngrijorați.
En: Next to her bed stood Elena and Andrei, worried.
Ro: Iulia zâmbea, dar zâmbetul ei ascundea neliniștea și frustrarea din sufletul ei.
