In this episode, I explore my simple process for upper body training for hiking. 
 
In the hiking world, upper body training is not a big priority. However, saying this, it does not mean it is not important! 
 
However, when it comes to upper body training, I see so many hikers wasting their time, who are spending way to much time and effort, into areas which are not really that important.

So today, I explore my simple training system for upper body training. Which will ensure a hiker gets all the upper body strength they need, with the least time commitment necessary.
