Description
Verses 33-44 reveal how Allah comforted His Prophet when rejection felt heavy. People were not truly denying him; they were denying the signs of Allah, held back by pride, stubbornness, and inner barriers. Allah reminds him that every messenger before him faced the same pattern of denial, patience, and eventual support, and that guidance rests with Allah alone. The Prophet is taught to give the message with sincerity and leave the outcome to the One who controls hearts.
The passage then shifts to powerful lessons about human nature. Hearts can become lifeless, reminders can be ignored, and blessings can become a form of gradual punishment when people refuse to humble themselves.
