Bg: Николай стоеше пред входа на полевата болница.
En: Nikolay stood in front of the entrance of the field hospital.
Bg: Структурата бе направена набързо, с редици легла и импровизирана медицинска станция.
En: The structure had been hastily assembled, with rows of beds and an improvised medical station.
Bg: Всичко беше пълно с медицински студенти и персонал, помагащи на пациентите.
En: Everything was filled with medical students and staff assisting the patients.
Bg: Беше късна есен, времето хладно и дъждовно.
En: It was late autumn, the weather cool and rainy.
Bg: Николай беше амбициозен студент по медицина, който доброволстваше тук, за да придобие практически опит.
En: Nikolay was an ambitious medical student who was volunteering there to gain practical experience.

Bg: "Внезапно в болницата влезе пациент с тежки наранявания.
En: Suddenly, a patient with severe injuries entered the hospital.

En: Georgi was busy with another critical case.
Bg: Николай трябваше да вземе решение.
En: Nikolay had to make a decision.
