Cs: Arktická tundra se tichounce rozprostírala před Jitkou, Markem a Petrem.
En: The Arctic tundra lay silently before Jitka, Marek, and Petr.

Cs: Bílé pláně táhly se donekonečna a slunce jasně zářilo, odrážejíc se od sněhové pokrývky.
En: White plains stretched endlessly, and the sun shone brightly, reflecting off the snow cover.

Cs: Vítr hvízdal kolem nich, chladný a neúprosný.
En: The wind whistled around them, cold and relentless.

Cs: Ale Jitka, odvážná a rozhodná, si umínila, že dnes uspořádá grilování.
En: But Jitka, brave and determined, insisted on having a barbecue today.

Cs: „Já ti nevím, Jitko,“ skepticky povzdechl Marek.
En: "I don't know, Jitka," Marek sighed skeptically.

Cs: „Vítr je příliš silný.
En: "The wind is too strong."
