An amazing dinner last night that brought the heat! Rotell tomatoes with GHOST PEPPERS along with a can of regular tomatoes and green chili's, small ground beef meatballs all simmered in a beef bone broth...served over penne pasta. I did add in a small squirt of local honey to cut the heat back just a touch for my wife. Sweet compliments and lowers the heat... SLIGHTLY. Just enough so Lori could enjoy it without heartburn!
