Gangland killer David ’Frog Eyes’ Stanners had cocaine in his bloodstream when he was found dead in Mountjoy Prison, an inquest has heard.
Stanners died in the Dublin jail more than 20 years after taking part in one of Limerick’s most infamous feud murders.
