Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration Jim O'Callaghan is due to meet the European Commissioner for Migration, Magnus Brunner today. The meeting comes as reports of immigration rule changes may mean some refugees claiming social welfare payments might not be able to get citizenship.
