How Consistency Can Help You Reach Your Goals

Season 2 Episode 11 Published 9 months, 1 week ago
Description

In this episode, I talk about one of the most important things you have to have to be successful as an air traffic controller. CONSISTENCY !

Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing!

You have to practice consistently. You have to train consistently. You have to study SOP's, LOA's and every other document you can get your hands on in order to grow and succeed as an air traffic controller. These are not options: they are things you MUST do!

Practice with intention. Practice with others. Only practice using the right phraseology, the right steps, the right strip marking. Make permanent the right way of doing these things!

Each day matters! TODAY MATTERS! MAKE IT COUNT!

Thank you all for listening. It means so much that you are there. I hope and pray that I am helping you as you go along this journey.

Have a wonderful week!
