As with the former Minsk process, the imperialists have shown that they are not remotely serious about pursuing a negotiated settlement in Ukraine. While the USA pushes its European ‘partners’ to do everything possible to continue the war by any means necessary, no matter what the cost in (other people’s) blood and treasure, the Europeans are busy concocting schemes whereby Russia will be somehow forced to foot the bill for Nato’s aggression against it.
