El: Ο ήλιος αναδυόταν πάνω από τη Σαντορίνη, και οι λευκοί τοίχοι των σπιτιών λάμπανε στο χρυσαφί φως του πρωινού.
En: The sun rose over Santorini, and the white walls of the houses shone in the golden morning light.
El: Η εποχή ήταν φθινόπωρο, η άνεση της δροσερής αύρας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτη.
En: The season was autumn, and the comfort of the cool breeze was welcome.
