  • Boy oh boy are things heating up in Mordor.
  • In 1791 it is known, Washington to his credit says well I want to work this out peacefully. He writes a proclamation. They were threatening to burn the houses down of the tax collectors at the time.

  • You can’t tolerate it not even from peasants.
  • Washington tried peace for 2 years to the Western Pennsylvania farmers.
  • In 1794, after sending lawful orders to the tax collectors to tell them no, collect the tax they have to pay it and if not we will be forced to send in troops.
  • This is American citizens, farmers who are pretty poor, finally what ultimately happens?
  • They put an army of 12,295 militia men with George Washington riding in the front.
  • What does Washington charge them as?
