This Thanksgiving weekend, the Wild Rivers Coast Foundation for Dance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, proudly presents its 11th annual Wild Rivers Coast Nutcracker at Crescent Elk Auditorium in Crescent City. Experience Tchaikovsky’s beloved score reimagined with a mid-century modern twist, featuring classical ballet, modern dance, jazz, and hip hop. With nearly 80 local dancers, guest artists—including a visiting swing dance troupe and a star from New York City—and the debut of a fearless Mouse Queen, this vibrant production is the largest stage show in Curry and Del Norte Counties. Performances run November 28th to 30th. Tickets are $10 to $25 and available at Eventbrite or at the door. Don’t miss this cherished holiday tradition! Visit wildriversnutcracker.com for details.
