I'm a fractional sales leader and certified sales trainer. I've worked in sales ever since I pulled my first pint in the Woolpack Pub 30 years ago! I've managed and owned a number of businesses, from audio conferencing to pubs, and internet safety to disaster recovery telecoms. I moved to the US eight years ago, and love the Atlanta area. I became a US citizen earlier this year!

The need for businesses to understand why people buy from them. How sales training isn't just about teaching people how to close deals. Why pivoting your strategy and tactics can make or break your business.
