Three stars for Philly! The international Michelin Guide for the first time has rated restaurants in our city, and in a gala at the Kimmel Center this week, the winners were announced. Three Philadelphia restaurants won a single Michelin star each, ten more moderately priced spots were awarded a Bib Gourmand, and 21 additional places were recognized as recommended destinations. Who won? Who got snubbed? Who won but shouldn’t have? And what does this all mean for Philly’s restaurant scene? Host Trenae Nuri, producer Abby Fritz, and executive producer Matt Katz dig in.
