Jake Moody Joins Washington Commanders
Jake Moody, a third-round draft pick, has been signed by the Washington Commanders after impressing as a fill-in kicker for the Chicago Bears. Moody successfully made eight out of nine field goal attempts, including a game-winning kick against the Commanders. The Bears head coach, Ben Johnson, had previously stated that Cairo Santos would return as the starter once healthy, but Moody will now have the chance to become the full-time kicker for the Commanders.
