Farley Youman started his real estate career as a NMLS licensed residential mortgage officer for the state of Georgia and helped clients with refinances and purchases. However, Youman completed multiple fix and flips for a profit every time and read 60 books on real estate investing. Thus, it was a natural step to go into lending for investors. One of Youman's most recent "top loans" was a tough one. The client was in pre-foreclosure and needed to refinance the loan. Other lenders turned down the client, but Youman got a source to refinance.
Youman also trains clients to be loan reps, fix and flippers, new construction developers, wholesalers, and how to go into other areas of real estate.
