On this episode, the boys had on special guest Dr. Bill Evans! Dr. E has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and is a Professor of Exercise Science.
We found his Instagram page and instantly became hooked. He uses research studies and scholarly articles to provide very helpful and practical running advice. For example: on this episode we talked about what threshold and VO2 max pace are, how competition can teach your brain to allow your body to dig deeper than you would solo, how to fix chronic achilles issues, and more!
