LeBron Returns, Dishes 12 Assists, Luka Doncic Scores 37 in Lakers Win!

The Lakers had to wait until Game 15 to see it happen, but LeBron James finally played his first game of his 23rd NBA season, and while it took a sec to get going, once it did, the results were great.
LeBron was integral to a second half push that turned what had been a close game into a relative blowout, as the Lakers beat the Utah Jazz 140-126 at Crypto.com Arena. LeBron was quiet from a scoring standpoint (11 points) but was a terror as a distributor, finishing with 12 dimes and setting up a series of buckets for the Lakers as they pulled away.
Of course, he wasn't alone. Luka Dončić finished with 37 points on 11-22 shooting, plus 10 assists and four steals. Austin Reaves, 26 points. Deandre Ayton, 20 points and 14 boards. Now the Lakers get a few days of practice and rest before heading to Utah for a game on Sunday. They could use the time to refine the defense now that everyone is available (Gabe Vincent returned to the lineup, as well), because if there was something to criticize on Tuesday, that would be it. The Lakers allowed 71 points in the first half, and while they tightened up in the third into the fourth (Utah got some buckets after the game was out of reach, they're going to need to be better on that side of the ball.
