As we're caring for others, we must prioritize our own health and well-being to avoid chronic stress and burnout. We're so excited to have Carolyn Dowdy from Caregiver Mental Wellness join us in studio for this episode about taking care of yourself as a caregiver! 

Carolyn is a speaker and workshop leader who launched the non-profit organization Caregiver Mental Wellness out of her personal experience as a caregiver. She found herself facing signs of chronic stress and felt called to create resources for others to avoid burnout.
