We had Iowa still in our top 5 last week even with the loss to Oregon (by 2 points)….now they have lost at USC by 5 points to fall to 6-4 on the year…how much does that 4th loss drop them in our standings?
Penn State gets their first win of B1G play and is a 9.5 point favorite vs. Nebraska…should that factor into our rankings at all?
