Without the sunset, we wouldn't get the new day. A day to start over. Start fresh.
In the sunset we can find meaning to the ending. We can grieve our loss, put closure to our feelings, start planning for tomorrow. The new day brings new opportunities. To learn. To grow. To heal. To explore. To cry. To sing. To dance. To find our joy.
Look at the end as a new beginning and your view will change.
