Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has filed a lawsuit against the abortion giant Planned Parenthood alleging that they have lied to women about the safety of the chemical abortion pill.
The lawsuit reads, “Planned Parenthood and its Florida operations mislead women about the critical and undeniable risks of a chemical abortion by deceptively claiming these powerful drugs are less risky than everyday pain medication.”
The lawsuit seeks $350 million in damages as well as sanctions against Planned Parenthood. Recent insurance data shows that the chemical abortion drug is 22 times more dangerous than FDA claims and sends around 1 in 10 women to the emergency room with serious medical complications.
