Mourning was featured as the Human Being of the Week, for his nonprofit’s partnership with the developer Housing Trust Group to open Astoria on 9th, a $37 million affordable senior-housing project in Bradenton, Florida, offering 120 units to seniors with rents from as low as about $322 per month.
