The rules are you pull the Whose Mans is this card, when someone says or does some wild unnecessary out of pocket stuff for no visible reason. Kevin McCarthy was puttin up the "wheres my hug guy" in the club numbers but stuck it out and did everything he could to get the position he got. hopefully it was worth it.
