A Chicago father says he and his one-year-old daughter were pepper-sprayed by federal agents in a Sam’s Club parking lot as chaos unfolded between immigration officers and residents in Little Village. A 19-year-old Minnesota group home employee was allegedly drunk and high when he drove two brain injury patients around for nearly two hours before crashing into an SUV, leaving a woman with serious injuries.
