Hu: Ahol az őszi levelek színpompás szőnyeget terítenek, és a szél borzolta dombok között meghúzódik a csöndes falu, ott fekszik Hollókő.
En: Where the autumn leaves spread a colorful carpet, and among the wind-brushed hills lies the quiet village, there lies Hollókő.
Hu: Fehérre meszelt házacskák sorakoznak, piros tetővel, mint a természet festett képeslapján.
En: Rows of whitewashed little houses stand with red roofs, like on a nature-painted postcard.
Hu: Ez a nap különleges volt, az őszi faluünnep ideje érkezett el, és mindenki Zoltánt várta, hogy elkezdje a táncot.
En: This day was special; the autumn village festival time had arrived, and everyone was waiting for Zoltán to start the dance.

En: He felt the expectations, saw the village's smiling faces, everyone was waiting for him.

En: When the musicians started playing, Zoltán tried to sneak into the crowd.
Hu: De Eszter résen volt, meglátta őt, és gyengéd, de határozott karjával visszatartotta.
En: But Eszter was vigilant, saw him, and with a gentle yet firm arm, held him back.
Hu: „Nem Engedlek táncolni” - mondta.
En: "I won't let you dance," she said.
Hu: „Előbb gyógyulj meg.
En: "First, heal.
Hu: Nézz csak körül, a tánc nem menekül, viszont te da.
En: Just look around; the dance won't escape, but you might.
Hu: Vigyáznod kell magadra.
En: You need to take care of yourself."
Hu: ”Zoltán, csalódott és kissé szégyenkezve, leült a pad szélére.
En: Zoltán, disappointed and a bit ashamed, sat down on the edge of a bench.
Hu: Nézte, ahogy a többiek táncolnak, hallatta a dobok ritmusát és a csizmák tompa koppanását a földön.
En: He watched the others dance, heard the rhythm of the drums and the dull thud of boots on the ground.
