Beauty is not about make-up, flawless skin, flowing hair or the thinness of your body. Beauty comes from within and it reflects in your eyes, your posture, your behavior.

How you "look" is an outward expression of how you feel. If you try to look beautiful but don't really feel it, it will show. If you feel beautiful in your own skin, within your heart, you will have an inner glow.

Being yourself and embracing your inner beauty allows you to accept yourself and others for who they ARE, not what they look like. This is so difficult now with everyone judging each other so easily and anonymously on social media! 

Beauty is a power and kindness is it's language.
