Today's show was inspired by a recent coaching session that I had with one of my one-on-one clients. I learned that she had been experiencing a lot of things as we do as humans and she was having some negative emotion about it, but she wasn't allowing herself to feel it. The result for her was that she did end up experiencing it, but it exploded for her in a situation that really wasn't a big deal.
